All tenants including those stabling at the Estate must expect and respect the following house rules:
- No smoking whatsoever in any of the buildings.
- The water is borehole water and should not be used as drinking water.
- The property uses a septic tank, so nothing whatsoever should be flushed down the toilets except the toilet paper provided.
- Domestic animals such as dogs and cats roaming the site.
- Farm animals such as sheep, chickens, ducks etc. roaming the site.
- Equestrian lessons.
- Sports coaching such as cricket & rugby.
- Access to guests is limited to the Cottages and Cottage gardens only, unless prior arrangements have been made with the Hosts.

Milkwood Meadows - Family Room Suite 3 is one of our largest rooms consisting of an overly sized bedroom area with a king-sized bed, and two single beds.
The suite has a bathroom, with basin, toilet and bath.
A separate dressing room is also available.
